回国前需要哪些准备
✔ 核酸检测报告（部分国家需要持有双阴性检测报告：核酸（PCR）和血清抗体lgM抗体双检测）
✔ 防疫健康码国际版：可通过关注微信小程序“防疫健康码国际版”进行申报
✔ 进出境人员健康申报码：可在入境24h内通过微信小程序“海关旅客指尖服务”进行申报。
飞机抵达机场后
第一步：
COVID测试样本收集
下机后，根据机场指引开始入境。依次通过
1.海关检查口检查、进行护照复印

2.在指定座位面谈核对个人信息并装订资料。

3.勾选采样知情同意书，领取个人检测塑料试管及个人编号

4.完成采样检测后，根据路标指示回到体温检测处进行资料交回，至此检测手续完成。

第二步：
抵达“浦东新区”隔离接待点、完成上海市机场入境旅客信息登记
检测完成后可去领取行李，之后根据地标指示，选择“上海地区”通道，上海地区旅客根据不同目的地分为十六个区，找到“浦东新区”隔离接待点。分批进入隔离运输等待区 ，完成上海市机场入境旅客信息登记。
注：浦东机场的T1航站楼与T2航站楼均设有国际抵达（2.1&2.2将进一步说明）

T2航站楼抵达旅客请前往“浦东新区”隔离接待点、完成T2机场入境旅客信息登记

第二步：2.2
T1航站楼抵达旅客请前往“浦东新区”隔离接待点、完成T1机场入境旅客信息登记
如果旅客是在1号(T1)航站楼下机，请找到如下图所示T1航站楼内的“浦东新区”隔离接待点，扫描T1航站楼内上海市机场入境旅客信息登记二维码

第三步：
生成机场入境旅客信息二维码及可在隔离接待点申请有条件的居家隔离
完成第二步扫码填写后，可最终生成机场入境旅客信息二维码（T1T2航站楼产生的二维码样式一致）。此时可以在隔离等待区现场向工作人员申请有条件的居家隔离。

居家隔离条件：对老人、未成年人、孕产妇、行动不便的、有老人或小孩需要看护的、患有基础性疾病等原因不适宜集中隔离的人员，统一在各区留验点进行核酸检测，检测结果为阴性且具备居家隔离条件的，并经严格核定审批后，可申请实行居家隔离健康观察。
第四步：
在等待转运大巴时填写酒店注册代码
注：本案例仅适用于浦东新区。如果您的居住区域不是浦东，请确保与您的居住区域的工作人员反复确认，通过正确的小程序进行填写
填写时请拍摄屏幕截图（共有4页屏幕截图,图示最后部分已标出），因为你需要在隔离酒店登记时再出示这些信息。
1.通过微信查找官方帐户：“浦东卫健康”关注公众号
2.选择“就医服务”
3.选择“集中隔离登记”
4.转到“告知书”页面，然后选择Next/下一步。
5.进入信息填写页面，填写所要求的信息。请选择酒店编号。隔离区。然后，单击完成/提交
第五步：
登上转运巴士前往集中隔离点
酒店分配为随机，通常无法进行指定，酒店费用均为自理。集中隔离结束后，随申码应显示为绿码，机场入境登记的防疫健康码也应为绿码
乘坐大巴的时长在1小时左右
集中隔离期间需要获取上海市“随申码”，可通过微信小程序，支付宝app搜索“随申码”

Airport entry guide for international travelers to Shanghai:
In order to facilitate the orderly and smooth entry for international travelers at Shanghai airports, we have prepared the airport entry guide (Chinese and English versions) for those in need based on current policy and notification of relevant national and Shanghai authorities, as well as the work of Shanghai airports. (Please note: Specific requirements are subject to the documents issued by the relevant national and Shanghai authorities.)

Before Boarding
✔ Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) Result: for some countries, negative results for both PCR and lgM antibody test are needed.
✔ Health Declaration: scan the QR code below with Wechat to fill in the declaration form
✔ Customs Health Code: declaration within 24 hr of entry at Customs Office"s Wechat Platform

Step 2:
Arrival at Pudong New Area Counter for Centralized Quarantine to complete traveler’s information form
After collection your luggage, follow route signs on the floor and choose “Shanghai Area” route. Depending on your destination, you will arrive at one of the 16 counters for 16 district in Shanghai. Find the “Pudong New Area” counter , queue to enter the transport waiting area and fill in traveler’s information form.
Note: international arrival is available for both T1 and T2 at PVG. (See 2.1&2.2).

Step 3:
claiming your own QR code pass and applying for conditional home quarantine when eligible
A successful step 2 will yield a QR code pass for international travelers (same for T1 and T2). You can also apply to staff at counter for conditional home quarantine if deemed eligible.

Eligible for home quarantine: elderly, minor, maternal, immobile, caregiving travelers and persons with underlying disease that are deemed unfit for centralized quarantine can apply for home quarantine after getting negative NAT result at designated observing hotels and undergoing stringent approval process for eligibility.
Step 4:

Note: this guide is only applicable for Pudong New Area. If you don’t live in Pudong, please make sure you are using the right Wechat platform verified by staff from your district.
Please take screenshots while filling-in your forms (see the 4 screenshot samples below), and show them to hotel front desk staff while checking in.
1. Search for and folow“浦东卫健康” official account at Wechat (or ID:gh_1abdda5c8b51)
2. Choose menu
3. Click the registration box
4. Read declaration page and click Next.
5. Fill-in forms and choose hotel ID and quarantine area, then click Submit.
Step 5:

Normally, the quarantine hotel is randomly assigned to you so you cannot pick and choose, You need to pay for your stay at the quarantine hotel. Upon completion of your quarantine period, your Shanghai QR Code pass should turn green.
